How To Work With Us

There are three ways that you and your clients can work with our approved credit counseling agency to start the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling and obtain a completion certificate. They are:

1. You can use our state-of-the-art bankruptcy management system to register clients from your law office. Once registered, your clients can call us from your office or from their home to perform the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling. 2. You and your clients can call Springboard together from your law office. When you call in, a counselor will speak to your client and register them into our management system so they can begin the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling. Once registered, the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling can begin.
3. Your clients can call Springboard from their home or place of business. When they call in, a counselor will speak to them and register them into our management system so they can begin the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling. Once registered, the pre-petition bankruptcy counseling can begin.

If your client doesn't have time to begin the counseling session immediately, then simply have them call back. We have counselors on demand 7 days a week, ready for your clients' convenience.
